Hi everybody, I will be teaching you how to have an effective workout right at home, using body weight exercises, dumbbells and elastic bands, depending on what you have available! I will also be sharing fitness concepts and at the end of every lesson I will have a short Q&A where I am able to Clarify your queries regarding training or diet for fat loss and muscle gain.
