The Session will always be focus on mobility and warm up first. Right after that, the coach will then go through the sets of exercises doing some bodyweight and it’s better for that person to have a dumbbell atleast as mostly I am gonna focus on strength and conditioning. Abs and Core exercises will always be involve during a set and ending with abit of hiit depending if such individual needs to or can do. Will be nice to know what you have at home before we go forward to start training.
